baji Terms and Conditions

baji is an online betting and casino platform that provides sports betting, live casino, slots and various other entertainment services to users in Bangladesh. The words "platform", "site" or "service" in this document refer to the baji website, mobile app and all related services. "User", "member" or "you" refers to any person using these services.

2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each user may operate only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts — identified through the same device, IP address or payment method — all associated accounts will be closed and any pending bonuses may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for keeping your baji account secure. Your password and login details must be kept confidential — under no circumstances should this information be shared with any third party.

3.1 Password and Security

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• End your session after logging in from a public computer or an unfamiliar network.
• Report any unauthorised access to your account to baji support immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.

3.2 Updating Account Information

If your personal details — such as your mobile number, email or payment method — change, you must update your account immediately. baji will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account that has not been used for an extended period may be declared inactive. To reactivate an inactive account, you will need to contact baji customer support.

Mobile banking and bank transfer methods available in Bangladesh can be used to deposit and withdraw funds on baji.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank transfer.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

baji offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which are consistent with the general rules stated below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500 — to withdraw the bonus amount, bets totalling ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be placed. The bonus is not cash; the bonus amount cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.2 Bonus Wagering Policy

• The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not to the deposit amount.
• The period for meeting the wagering requirement begins from the date the bonus is awarded.
• Certain games or bet types may not count towards the wagering calculation.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.

5.3 Other Promotions

5.4 Bonus Abuse

baji monitors bonus abuse closely. If a member is found to have used multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits, provided false information, or violated the rules in any other way, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be closed.

6.1 Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• baji reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

• If unusual betting patterns are detected, baji may suspend the relevant bets or withdrawals until an investigation is complete.

6.2 Game Results

Live casino game results are determined by third-party software. Slots and other RNG-based game results are determined by a random number generator — neither baji nor the game provider controls the outcome. In the event of a dispute over a game result, the data recorded on the game server will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji platform:

• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Any form of fraudulent or manipulative betting activity.
• Match fixing or placing bets based on insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Using automated software or bots to play.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to baji's systems.

Violating any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, the balance may be forfeited, and the relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

A user may request account closure at any time through baji support. If there are no pending bets or wagering requirements at the time of the request, the remaining balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable rules.

baji may terminate any account for the following reasons:

• A serious breach of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

Even after account closure, the relevant parts of these terms and conditions — particularly those relating to data privacy, liability, and dispute resolution — will remain in effect.
